Shipping Costs

All deliveries are sent registered post and your parcel will require a signature on receipt.

Flat delivery fee of €8.50 in Ireland and the EU on orders under €150.

You can select Local pickup if you want to call to The Store in Borris to collect your purchase.

Free delivery throughout Ireland and EU on orders over €150.

Deliveries outside of the EU €12.

Overseas deliveries may incur import duties for which you will be liable.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

Online payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact Emma Jane directly on 353 85 132 5590.

Card payment refunds will incur a 4% handling charge payable by the buyer.

Dispatch & Delivery of Your Order

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of payment.

Made to measure orders will take longer to dispatch, please contact me for details.

Tracking progress service is provided on all purchases.

Returns & Refunds

Should you wish to return a purchase please do so within 30 days of dispatch. To qualify for a full refund all purchases must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

Made to order commissions are non-returnable on a change of mind basis.

Emma Jane Champley will not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost or damaged during return. Please insure returns against loss or damage.
